Location: the hotel was close to the mountains as well as the centre of SNV. The staff was very amiable, gave advice about the city. The room was huge and well-equipped, and with a pleasant view of the High Tatras mountains.

One thing I absolutely loved about Hotel Metropol was its warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby and communal areas were beautifully decorated with cozy seating areas, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and socialize. The hotel was also conveniently accessible, with ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate the premises without any difficulties. It was truly a comfortable and senior-friendly environment.

If I had one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more staff members available to assist with any needs or questions. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit overwhelmed and could have benefited from extra support.

I greatly enjoyed the room with nice view to the mountains vysoké tatry, the bed was big. Also, location was perfect and good, not very far from Zejmarska roklina.

I also enjoyed the hotel's spa and wellness center, which offered a variety of relaxing treatments such as massages and sauna sessions.

The hotel is well-maintained and looks like it was transported from the 1960s. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to the main streets, which is convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel does not provide enough towels, robes, and slippers in the room. There is also no hairdryer available.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the spa area which had a relaxing atmosphere with saunas and a whirlpool. The breakfast offered a good selection of food.
